Kindergarten Teacher
Prerequisites:
A bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childcare or Elementary Education.
At least three years of full-time classroom teaching experience in an elementary school classroom.
A vibrant Christian testimony and a clear testimony of salvation.
Job Description:
The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian students to the praise and glory of God.
The teacher will instruct in Bible, Mathematics, Phonics, Language Arts, Reading, Handwriting, Social Studies, and Science, adhering to the course instruction as prescribed in the Curriculum Guide.
The teacher will integrate biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities. The teacher will maintain proper discipline in the classroom and on school premises and follow the prescribed school discipline policy.
The teacher will employ a variety of instructional aids, methods, and materials to support creative teaching and reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.
The teacher should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Database software. He/she should also have the ability to use technology in lesson plans, such as an interactive panel, Chromebooks, and online videos.

Fourth Grade Teacher

A bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education or equivalent.

Physcial Education Teacher
Prerequisites:
A bachelor's degree or higher in education or at least 18 credit hours in a related athletic field of study.
At least two years of teaching or coaching experience in an educational setting.
A vibrant Christian testimony and a clear testimony of salvation.
Job Description:
This is a part-time position that may be incorporated into a full-time position combining other responsibilities. The teacher will instruct first through sixth-grade students two times per week for each grade level, and will instruct a mixed grade level class of some seventh and eighth-grade students two times per week.
The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian students to the praise and glory of God.
The teacher will instruct in basic physical fitness techniques, including calisthenics and physical exercise. Instruction should also include a basic overview of rules and fundamental skills for a variety of athletic games (i.e. volleyball, basketball, soccer, etc.). The teacher will evaluate students on their personal growth in the areas of instruction.
The teacher will integrate biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of sportsmanship and personal fitness throughout the curriculum and activities. The teacher will maintain proper discipline at all times on the school premises and follow the prescribed school discipline policy.
The teacher will employ a variety of instructional aids, methods, and materials to support creative teaching and reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.
