Step 1:  Completion of Application

To begin the process of seeking admission for your child you must complete an application. We must have a completed application for each child. You must submit the application(s) along with the registration fee to the school office. Please provide a copy of your child's birth certificate along with any papers dealing with legal custody if this is in question. If your child is seeking admittance for grades first or above we ask that you also supply their most recent report card and standardized test results.


Step 2:  Attendance at the Interview

Once your application and registration fee is received, we will set up an interview. We ask that at the time of the interview that parent and child be present. Please bring  a copy of your child's birth certificate along with any papers dealing with legal custody if this is in question. If your child is seeking admittance for grades first or above we ask that you also bring their most recent report card and standardized test results, if not previously submitted.

Step 3:  Admission Testing

Admission testing will take place before your child is admitted to the Academy. This testing is necessary so that we can evaluate your child's performance in the vital areas of Reading and Math. Testing will be scheduled through the office once the interview process is completed.

Step 4:  Final Acceptance

The principal will call you after the interview and testing is complete in regards to whether your child is accepted.

Step 5:  Completion of Enrollment

Once your child is accepted you must submit the following before they are admitted to their first class session:

1. Completed Application
2. Payment of All Fees
3. Copy of Birth Certificate
4. Florida Blue Card for Immunization
5. Florida Yellow Card of Physical Examination
6. Most Recent Report Card
7. Most Recent Standardized Test Results
8. Liability Waiver and Release of Claims Form
